Need more instructional flexibility in your technical training program? Then look no further than Amatrol’s Virtual Simulators.
With its hands-on, interactive technical skill development, students using Amatrol’s Virtual Simulators get the look and feel of using real industrial equipment via their computers. Backed by stunning graphics and easy-to-use interactivity, users will perform the same industry-based tasks they would using equipment hardware, developing skills desperately needed in today’s modern manufacturing environment.
Virtual Simulators come standard with more than 20 Amatrol training systems spanning several different technologies, including: electrical, electronics, fluid power, machining, manufacturing processes, mechanical, and quality assurance.
With practical knowledge and direct application of skills to modern industry, Amatrol’s Virtual Simulators gives your program the hands-on skill development it needs to take your technical training to the next level.
Amatrol’s multimedia curriculum engages learners with interactions that are relevant to the topic that are designed to enhance comprehension.
This video provides a small sample of Amatrol’s extensive eLearning library, which contains hundreds of courses and thousands of training hours.
Many Courses Available in Spanish with more on the way!
Amatrol’s eLearning has expanded to include over 250 eLearning courses in Spanish, and more courses are on the way! Today’s workforce is truly global. Using eLearning which covers two of the world’s most spoken languages, provides a greater opportunity to reach more people and achieve a higher success rate. Although English is the most spoken language in the world, confusion during training can be avoided by offering courses in someone’s native language. Also, an individual’s ability to take a course in their native language may allow them to proceed through the courses more quickly, thereby reducing training costs.
Amatrol’s AC / DC Electrical Learning System (T7017A) explores the fundamental concepts of AC and DC electrical systems. This training system covers industry-relevant technical skills, including operating, installing, designing, and troubleshooting basic AC and DC electrical circuits for various applications.
Leaders in the electrical field have been perplexed by one common challenge: the inability to attract and retain qualified workers. With much of the workforce near retirement, employers face the possibility that thousands of open electrical jobs could go unfilled. Bottom line: employees must be re-trained and re-skilled to become hireable in an ever-changing electrical sector.
Fortunately, Amatrol has the most comprehensive selection of online electrical training available today.
We start with the basics, offering training in AC/DC electric, single- and three-phase motors, electric relay control, and electrical fabrication.
Suppose the basics are too elementary for your trainees. In that case, Amatrol also offers training on more advanced topics, such as electric motor control circuits, electrical wiring, and proper over-current protection. The Motor Control Learning System highlights how to operate, install, and troubleshoot AC electric motor control circuits and also includes FaultPro, the industry’s only computer-based fault insertion software.
Whether your Electrical Training Program is just getting off the ground or looking for a way to improve your existing laboratory, Amatrol’s learning systems and curriculum are here to help you train the next wave of electrical engineers & technicians.
Amatrol’s Electrical Power Distribution Learning System (85-MT7B) teaches a broad range of electrical advanced manufacturing skills, such as installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting modern power distribution systems that require skills ranging from setting up basic raceways to selecting appropriate over-current protection for sensitive equipment.
The 85-MT7B includes a mobile workstation with a configurable frame and junction boxes, a bus bar with two bus plugs, lockout/tagout, two motors (5 Hp 3-Phase and 1/3 Hp 3-Phase), and a conduit sample kit with five types of conduit. Learners will study industry-relevant skills including how to prepare, cut, bend, and connect conduit; handle advanced raceways; and select wire sizing and types. This system uses industrial-quality components to help learners become better prepared for what they will encounter on the job and withstand frequent use.
